Really good Anniversary Weekend Getaway!
heated floor automated drapes ample closet
I loved the heated floor in the bathroom. It was so comfy! The automated blinds and drapes were a great touch. In-room Nespresso coffee and lots of closet space really enhanced my experience! Vika helped make our anniversary so special!
The AC seemed off, and the room felt a bit warmer each day! I reported it, but it wasn't resolved until checkout.

The hotel has a perfect location! It allows easy walking access to downtown and numerous restaurants that I really enjoyed, plus, it is close to main attractions. It made exploring the area easy!

The check-in staff was quick and professional, and. Vika's assistance made our anniversary celebration special, so I am grateful! They really were pretty good too accommodate my needs.

My Luxury King Room had high-quality linens and comfortable pillows. I really appreciated the modern amenities, including automated blinds. They added a touch of luxury! The bathroom features a heated floor, I loved it.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes for exercise. I found it very convenient! The business center has several workstations. It is perfect for getting some work done. There's also free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel!

amazing stay!!!
warm floors superior service great location
the location was great. it was close to the rogers centre. the warm bathroom floors were a luxury i appreciated. the hotel offered superior customer service!
the garage didn't register my car, and i needed to call each time to exit.

the room featured motorized blackout curtains. frette bathrobes were available for use. the bathroom included nice touches, such as heated floors, for additional comfort and luxury .

excellent access attentive staff
The location provided excellent access. It was near the rogers centre. i did not have to worry about transportation to attend events. the room was clean, which i valued greatly. the staff was attentive to my needs.
I noticed additional fees at check-out. This was above the agreed price.

Really good Stay at Refined Hotel
heated floors soaking tub polite staff
The bathroom featured heated floors and a deep soaking tub. I found excellent water pressure in the shower. The staff demonstrated kindness and politeness when I requested a late check out. The hotel's location allowed easy access to various downtown attractions.
I noticed a small facilities fee added to my final bill at checkout.

The front desk staff welcomed me with a warm smile and professional demeanor. I requested extra Nespresso pods and a special pillow and I received them promptly. The concierge was also an inspiration to me, always available and helpful.

The room was spacious, and it featured a clever layout. The cleanliness was perfect, with very thorough room service. A beautiful view from the windows added to the room's appeal. It included a comfortable king size bed.
